Will ‘Standing’ Stand in the Supreme Court’s Way?

So everyone's abuzz about the Supreme Court's decision to hear two key gay marriage cases. That's all fine and good. But let's not ignore that the court, in its very brief order, also went out of its way to tee up standing issues in both cases.
