Protester's Claim of Unlawful Arrest for Profanity Can Proceed

An Occupy D.C. protester who claims he was unconstitutionally arrested for using profanity may proceed with his claims, a Washington federal judge said in a ruling that highlighted the First Amendment's protection of profanity.
