But For Video: The Trooper Asked Nicely Edition

Much as I would like to note that New York State Troopers are better trained, more open-minded in the performance of their duty and aren't just dopes in cool uniforms, I'm afraid I can't.  Meet the unidentified trooper from Troop F, who asks nicely while working the Charles River Lab Protest before resorting to unlawful restraint.

The good news is that his supervisor refused to back up his improper arrest for being filmed despite his having asked nicely.  The bad news is that he still hasn't been taught how to wear his hat properly.  The problem is that the trooper, misidentified initially, has yet to be conclusively ID'd, and until he is, it will be impossible to alert him to his trooper fashion faux pas.

While he may have been alerted to his constitutional error, the hat issue remains unresolved. Don't let this man go about his job looking like a fool. Help us to identify this trooper. Do it for the children.
