Former Ga. Judge Charged With Wire Fraud in $1.3 Million Scheme
Federal prosecutors have charged a former DeKalb County judge with a single count of wire fraud nearly three years after a federal civil suit that accused him of stealing $1.3 million in a phony investment scheme was filed by the disgruntled investor.
