President Obama Signs Order To Expand Overtime Pay
President Barack Obamaon Thursday signed an order that directs the Labor Department to create new overtime protections for many salaried workers, saying the rule will help raise wages at a time when U.S. businesses have been growing but salaries for average Americans haven't.
