DOJ announces settlement with eBay in antitrust suit

[JURIST] The US Department of Justice (DOJ) [official website] on Thursday announced a settlement with eBay in a lawsuit accusing the company of making deals with Intuit [corporate websites] not to recruit each others' employees.
