Supreme Court to Review Whether Alabama Illegally Redrew Districts
In the first major voting-rights case since striking down portions of the Voting Rights Act last year, the Supreme Court said Monday it would consider whether Alabama illegally redrew its legislative districts in a way that dilutes minority voting power.
