It’s in the ‘Public Interest’ to Monitor Apple’s Antitrust Reforms, Judge Says

A federal judge denied requests by Apple Inc. to remove a lawyer she appointed to monitor the company's e-book pricing reform and delay oversight of the company’s antitrust compliance, saying there was no threat of “irreparable harm” to the company.
