Drug Busts Yielded Lots of (Pizza) Dough for Kansas Prosecutor

A Topeka Capital-Journal article offers an interesting window into what one local district attorney's office did with money seized from suspected drug traffickers. The paper on Monday pores over the drug-forfeiture spending reports filed by Shawnee County District Attorney Chad Taylor since he took office in 2009. It says that Mr. Taylor's office, whose jurisdiction includes Topeka, has spent more than $600,000 in money collected from drug busts.
