El Salvador tribunal confirms ex-rebel's presidential victory
[JURIST] El Salvador's Supreme Electoral Tribunal [official website, in Spanish] on Sunday confirmed the presidential victory of former Marxist rebel Salvador Sanchez Ceren, denying conservative candidate Norman Quijano's call for annulment.
