Data Security Lagging for Health Care Reform's Rollout
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is several months behind in testing the security capabilites of the data hub that links state health care exchanges to the federal government. But the August 2 report expressed confidence that the process will be complete by the time the exchanges are scheduled to go online on October 1.
