JustMugShots.com Hit With Privacy, Extortion Claims

A California consumer fraud suit asserts that JustMugShots.com illegally extorts a $199 fee from individuals whose mug shots it posts within hours of their arrests. The suit also claims that the site sells advertising space linked to the names of the arrested individuals.
