Judge Thomas J. Kalitowski and Judge Terri J. Stoneburner will retire from the Court of Appeals next year, creating two vacancies on the court, Gov. Mark Dayton announced Monday.
Dayton and the Commission on Judicial Selection want applicants “who possess great integrity, deep legal knowledge, broad experience and a sense of fairness and justice.”
Applications for the open positions are due Monday, Jan. 13. Those interested can contact Andrew Olson at andrew.c.olson@state.mn.us or 651-201-3413 for an application.
