Judge Upholds Much of New York’s Stringent Gun Law

Gun-control advocates and New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo got a late Christmas present on Tuesday from a federal judge in Buffalo, who upheld most of New York’s 2013 gun-control law as constitutional.
